I'M A NEW XOCAI DISTRIBUTOR...NOW WHAT?

1.  Dedicate Yourself to the “Power of 2”

Spend your time and energy on money making activities. The money making activity is telling others what you've found.

Most simply put, your ultimate goal is to build two strong teams. To activate most of the MXI bonuses, you must sponsor...

  • ONE person on your left team 
  • ONE person on your right team

Ask your sponsor if you are in his left team or right team. If you are on your sponsor's right, then the right team is your shared team leg. Conversely, If you are on your sponsor's left, then the left team is the shared team leg. You will sponsor your first person on the shared team leg. You will sponsor your second person in the other team. Now, just keep it up. Employ the"Power of Two" every month. Enroll at least two people per month and teach them to do the same. This simple principle will grow your teams quickly and exponentially. This also generates the Royal Maker' bonuses.

2.  Just Do “IT” (Inform-Taste or Tool)

a.  Inform

If you want to launch your business quickly, you need to allocate 90% of the time you spend on the business talking to new people about healthy chocolate and making money. Obviously, making money is essential so that you can stay in business! Share the business with your contacts before someone else does! There is nothing worse than realizing that someone you could have brought into the business is now in someone else's group because you waited to speak with them!

The people you talk to will fall into two groups:

People you know (otherwise known as your "warm market").

People you will meet (otherwise known as your "cold market").

Talking with people you know:

Make a list of people you can contact about your new business. Make your list as big as possible. Who have you worked with, gone to school with, been on a sports team with, purchased from, etc.? Do "IT" (Inform / Tool or Taste) every day. For best results, approach your contacts after you have learned some basic skills from your Upline Team Leader.

Talking with people you meet:

Just about everyone loves chocolate, would like to lose some weight, could use more energy, would like to make extra income or would like better health. In other words almost everyone you will meet is a perfect prospect for Xocai... all you have to do is OPEN YOUR MOUTH. Set a goal to talk to at least one new person every day.

b.  Share the Products and the Business with a Tool

Tools empower you. You don't have to know everything before you start approaching your contacts . . . you just need to have the right tools. Let the tools be the experts:

Success From Home Magazine. This independent validation is the perfect vehicle to reach out to prospects and answer all of their pressing questions in one all-encompassing, entertaining package.  (Click here to order the magazine.)

  • CDs and DVDs that share the business opportunity and the products. You will find CDs less expensive to purchase and more convenient since it is easy to listen to one in a car versus having to find the time to sit down in front of a TV and watch a DVD.
  • Your personal recruiting site. There are a number available. Talk with your sponsor and upline for advice.
  • Weekly opportunity calls that you can listen to on the phone or on the internet (see the meetings listed in your back office). 
  • Chocolate tastings and live opportunity meetings where you can take a contact to see the business opportunity and products.
  • There are a variety of brochures available that you can use in your presentations. Ask your sponsor which tools they prefer. Brochures and other tools can pe purchased online by clicking these links: opportunity related tools  or product related tools.
  • If your contact lives locally, BY ALL MEANS get them to taste our delicious chocolate by dropping off a sample
  • Use 3-way calls with your contact and your upline.
  • Have a GRAND OPENING party. Make it fun. Invite friends to show them your new business! Ask your sponsor about how to give one.

c.  Enroll your Contact in the Business

Become familiar with the three basic ways of getting started and the benefits of each one.

3.  Finally, practice & teach the power of DUPLICATION!

Teach others the Power of Two

Help your new distributor sponsor one on the left and one on the right so that they earn Quick Checks and Royal Maker Bonuses. When your new distributors earn bonuses, they become more excited about the business and more dedicated to sticking with it! Set the example as a leader by continuing to personally sponsor at least two new associates each month.
